Attending the presentation ceremony were the officials of the Buckingham Palace and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Afterwards, Ambassador Tomić held a short talk with Queen Elizabeth II, who later also received the Croatian diplomats that were accompanying the ambassador.
Following the presentation ceremony, and in keeping with the UK diplomatic practice, Protocol Director Sarah Gillett at a separate reception presented Ambassador Tomić to the diplomatic corps.
