Permanent Secretary Andreev familiarized State Secretary Božinović with the organizational structure of Bulgarian MFA, and its functioning in light of the EU membership.
Regarding Croatia’s current situation in view of Slovenia’s veto, Permanent Secretary Andreev said he hopes the issue would soon be resolved, adding that Bulgaria too still has an outstanding bilateral issue with Romania.
