At the official royal residence, Ambassador Željko Bošnjak, accompanied by his associates and royal protocol officials, handed over his credentials to Malaysian King Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, relaying the greetings by Croatian President Stjepan Mesić.
In a friendly meeting after the handover, Ambassador Bošnjak informed the Malaysian Sovereign about the current political situation in Croatia, as well as about some basic characteristics of Croatia’s cultural and civilization heritage.
His Majesty Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin extended greetings to the Croatian President and the Croatian people, wishing Ambassador Bošnjak success in enhancing the overall bilateral relations between Malaysia and Croatia.
