State Secretary Davor Božinović opened reconstructed Euro-Info center in Hrvatska Kostajnica

The Euro-Info center in Hrvatska Kostajnica is a part of the “Europe in Croatia” project launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration with the aim of better informing the Croatian citizens about the EU and the Croatian Government’s activities to that end, as well as promoting the internet as means of mass communication

The Euro-Info center in Hrvatska Kostajnica is a part of the “Europe in Croatia” project launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration with the aim of better informing the Croatian citizens about the EU and the Croatian Government’s activities to that end, as well as promoting the internet as means of mass communication. Currently, there are 110 Euro-Info points in Croatia.

As a part of his visit to Hrvatska Kostajnica, State Secretary Božinović held a lecture entitled “What Does the EU Membership Bring to the Croatian Citizens?”, familiarizing representatives of the local government, businessmen, and students of the Ivan Trnski high school with the functioning of the EU, its common policies, and Croatia’s accession process. He paid special attention to the needs of the youth and their expectations on the possibilities that the EU membership brings for them.
