State Secretary Božinović said that it is in Croatia’s interest to be in the circle of countries with which it shares the historical and cultural heritage and system of values, describing the EU as the most successful process of regional integration, with even fewer countries staying outside of it. In that regard, due to the importance of that priority goal, Croatia is dedicatedly implementing the comprehensive reforms set on the path to membership.
In his speech to the youth, State Secretary Božinović noted the advantages the EU membership brings in the field of education and science, emphasizing the student mobility and diversity of education that the Croatian students will be able to enjoy.
He also spoke about the importance of including the public in the EU accession process, because of which the communication with the public will also be intensified in the form of public tribunes for a wider auditorium and expert target-group gatherings.
