Minister Gordan Jandroković met in Warsaw with representatives of Croatian companies

The meeting invited the Croatian construction companies to become more actively involved in building the road infrastructure

The meeting invited the Croatian construction companies to become more actively involved in building the road infrastructure. In February and March next year, a tender for the construction of nearly 3,500 km of highway will be put out.

There are possibilities of improving the economic relations in marketing the Croatian wines, which are becoming ever more common on the wine charts of Poland’s most prestigious restaurants.

Tourism industry is also doing well. This year, over 400,000 Poles visited Croatia, generating 2.5 million overnights. The representative of the Croatian Tourist Board (HTZ) and representatives of the leading tour operators agree that despite the global financial crisis, those numbers will be even bigger next year.

The meeting, apart from Minister Jandroković, was also attended by the representatives of HTZ, companies Podravka, Pliva, Winteca, Vina Guccio Domagoj, and the Adriatic tourist agency.
