On the margins of the General Assembly’s session, Minister Jandroković held a bilateral meeting with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Iraq Hoshyar Zebari.
The two ministers described the bilateral relations as very good, with a mutual wish for their future further improvement. Minister Zebari openly invited Croatian companies to become more actively involved in the reconstruction of Iraq. He took the opportunity to thank Minister Jandroković for the assistance in police training, medical and humanitarian aid, as well as the offered assistance in mine action.
The two ministers exchanged opinions about the situation in the region and the Near East.
