State Secretary Kuprešak welcomed the newly-appointed Swiss ambassador, noting the good relations between the two countries devoid of outstanding issues. The two collocutors pointed out the need for further enhancing the bilateral relations, agreeing that there is most room for their further intensification in economy.
The meeting discussed multilateral co-operation, Croatia and Switzerland’s European policy, and situation in South Eastern Europe. State Secretary Kuprešak also informed Ambassador Pircher about the current situation in Croatia’s EU accession negotiations.
