Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Gordan Jandroković received on 1 February 2008 to inaugural visit the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Croatia, Diçle Kopuz
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the two countries’ successful bilateral co-operation, the high level of friendly and partnership relations, and the prospects of their further strengthening. Ambassador Kopuz confirmed the importance of Croatia’s role in the region’s stabilisation processes, as well as Turkey’s continuous support for its NATO accession, which Minister Jandroković expressed special gratitude for. Ambassador Kopuz reiterated the invitation for Minister Jandroković to visit the Republic of Turkey.
