Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Gordan Jandroković received on 1 February 2008 to inaugural visit Japanese Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia Tetsuhisa Shirakawa
Both sides pointed out the good bilateral relations with no open issues and agreed that the co-operation between Croatia and Japan grows stronger as Croatia approaches the EU, and should be further strengthened in the area of economy, science and culture. Minister Jandroković and Ambassador Shirakawa also reviewed the issues of multilateral co-operation.
