State Secretary Pejčinović Burić received delegation of Macedonian Sobranye’s European Affairs Committee, headed by its Chairman Tito Petkovski

State Secretary for European Integration Marija Pejčinović Burić received on 10 October 2007 the delegation of the European Affairs Committee of the Republic of Macedonia’s Sobranye, headed by its Chairman Tito Petkovski

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the very good, friendly and well-developed relations between the two countries, which are with no outstanding issues.

Chairman Petkovski thanked State Secretary Pejčinović Burić for the reception and expressed interest for Croatia’s experiences in the EU accession process, namely the co-ordination of and co-operation among the bodies participating in the pre-accession process.

State Secretary Pejčinović Burić expressed satisfaction with the Macedonian side’s interest for the parliamentary-level meetings between the two countries, which is of great importance for the overall development of the bilateral relations. She informed the other side about the progress of Croatia’s EU accession negotiations, as well as the negotiating structure.
