Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović received on Wednesday, 12 September 2007, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Croatia Eman Mohamed Zaki Moharram, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Croatia Pellumb Qazimi, and Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary to the Republic of Croatia Péter Györkös for separate inaugural visits, and Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Croatia Wu Zhenglong for a farewell visit

During the separate inaugural visits of Ambassador Moharram, Ambassador Qazimi, and Ambassador Györkös Minister Grabar-Kitarović expressed satisfaction with good relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Hungary. Minister Grabar-Kitarović informed the new ambassadors about the current state of the region, current activities of the Republic of Croatia on its way to EU and NATO full membership and wished them success in their mandate in the Republic of Croatia.

During the farewell visit, Minister Grabar-Kitarović and Ambassador Zhenglong expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations between the Republic of Croatia and the People’s Republic of China on the bilateral as well as on the multilateral level. Minister Grabar-Kitarović thanked Ambassador Zhenglong for the contribution of bilateral relations between the two countries.
