Both sides expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations between Croatia and the Swiss Federation and the very good bi- and multilateral cooperation. State Secretary Biščević thanked Ambassador Kaiser for his personal contribution to the relations between the two countries.
State Secretary Biščević informed Ambassador Kaiser about the course of the reforms Croatia is conducting, as well as the progress it has made in approaching the Euro-Atlantic integration. The two exchanged opinions about the current political situation in South Eastern Europe. Ambassador Kaiser pointed out that the Swiss Confederation strongly supports the regional co-operation policy, and is interested in joining the activities of the Regional CO-operation Council (RCC) as a donator.
