Belgian King Albert II awarded Ambassador Alajbeg the Grand Cross of the Order of the Crown with Ribbon, the highest award a foreign diplomat can receive in Belgium, for her contribution during her five-year term of office as the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to the Kingdom of Belgium to the development and strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries, especially the political, economic, and cultural aspect of the bilateral relations.
