Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović met on 7 July 2007 in Dubrovnik, on the margins of the Croatia Summit 2007 – Europe’s New South, with the OSCE Chairman and Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Spain, Miguel Angel Moratinos
The two ministers exchanged opinions about and reviewed the achieved goals of the OSCE Mission to Croatia, with positive reviews of the refugee return process and the protection of human rights. Minister Moratinos announced, in the capacity of the OSCE Chairman, his intention of proposing a possible closure of the OSCE Mission to Croatia.
