State Secretary for Political Affairs Hido Biščević led the Croatian delegation in the status of an observer at the 15th Black Sea Economic Cooperation Conference on 25 June 2007 in Istanbul
State Secretary Biščević used this opportunity to inform the conference participants about the decisions made at the last meeting of the SEECP member countries that took place in May this year and about the activities which he, as the first Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council, is implementing in cooperation with the Stability Pack for South Eastern Europe.
The Conference in Istanbul for the first time gathered all the presidents of the member countries of the BSEC, which comprises Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey.
