State Secretary for European Integration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Marija Pejcinovic-Buric received on Monday, 14 May 2007, representatives of the delegation from Baden Wurttemberg CDU/CSU parliamentary club, which was led by the president of the state parliamentary club Georg Brunnhuber
During the meeting State Secretary Pejcinovic-Buric expressed appreciation for the support that the Federal Republic of Germany and Federal State of Baden Wurttemberg have been giving to Croatia in the process of Croatia's accession to the European Union and NATO.
Both parties also exchanged opinions on mutual cooperation and referred to the work of the Republic of Croatia – Baden Wurttemberg Joint Commission, which was mutually received very well.
The German side expressed support to the Republic of Croatia in the process of accession to the EU and NATO and showed interest in learning about the current status of both of the processes.
The delegation of the Baden Wurttemberg CDU/CSU parliamentary group also met with the members of the Croatian-German interparliamentary friendship group.
