The political directors discussed the situation in the region, as well as the concrete forms of future co-operation and its political and institutional framework. They have also prepared the decisions on the appointment of the Co-operation Council’s secretary general and the location of the Secretariat’s headquarters, as well as the documents to be discussed and accepted at the meeting of SEECP foreign ministers on 10 May 2007 and the Summit of SEECP Heads of State and Government on 11 May 2007.
The Republic of Croatia will end its SEECP presidency on 11 May 2007, after which it will be assumed by the Republic of Bulgaria.
