State Secretary for European Integration at the MFAEI Marija Pejčinović Burić is taking part at 21st Ministerial Meeting of the International Organization of la Francophonie (L’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie – OIF), held 22 and 23 November 2005 in Antananariv, Madagascar
State Secretary Pejčinović Burić is representing the Republic of Croatia that was admitted to OIF as a monitor at the 10th Summit of the Francophone States held November 2004 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
The International Organization of la Francophonie has 49 full, four associated, and 10 monitoring members. Co-operation is based on the mutual language and values, such as the fostering multilingualism and multiculturalism, human rights, peace and democracy, solidarity, and sustainable development.
