Croatian Ambassador to Albania Darko Javorski handed credentials to Albanian President Alfred Moisiu

Croatian Ambassador to the Republic of Albania Darko Javorski handed on 14th November 2005 in Tirana his credentials to Albanian President Alfred Moisiu, thereby officially assuming the duty of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Albania

President Moisiu said that the two countries boast very good and friendly relations with no outstanding issues, pointing out the importance of Croatia’s and Albania’s contribution to the stabilisation of the South Eastern Europe, especially within the Adriatic Charter.

Ambassador Javorski met before that with Albanian Deputy Foreign Minister Florent Celiku. The two stressed the importance of further developing the multilateral co-operation, with an emphasis on the co-operation between the Charter signatories.
