State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Gordan Bakota received today Greek Deputy Minister of Culture George Orfanos and the Greek delegation. The reason for their visit was the presentation of Thessaloniki’s candidacy for EXPO 2008
The Greek side informed the state secretary and his associates about the significance and the advantages of the city of Thessaloniki, whose candidacy is unanimously supported by all of the Greek political parties, in accordance with the project entitles “Mother Earth”.
