Croatian Foreign Minister Miomir Žužul received Volker Rühe, Chairman of German Bundestag’s Foreign Policy Committee, who is on a working visit to Croatia
Žužul and Rühe reviewed the co-operation between Croatia and ICTY, and exchanged opinions about regional co-operation and Croatia’s preparation for membership negotiations with the EU.
Chairman of German Parliament’s Foreign Policy Committee Rühe said that Croatia has the power and ability to contribute to the overall stability in the region and serves as a positive example to the neighbouring countries, adding that he is convinced Croatia will become both an EU and NATO member in the expected time.
