Pursuant to the decision of the Commercial Court in Dubrovnik regarding the sale of the real estate of the bankrupt debtor Special hospital for child diseases “Nemanja Vlatković”, Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs received inquiries and submissions from the relevant institutions and bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina
In such circumstances, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs prompted the Croatian Ministry of Justice to determine the facts regarding the stated case so as to ensure the respect of the rule of the law and the functioning of the legal state, and transferred to the Bosnian and Herzegovinian side the relevant facts and opinions.
