State Secretary for Political Affairs Hido Biščević talked today in Zagreb with correspondents of editorial boards and news agencies from the EU countries regarding the recent events in relations between Croatia and Slovenia
During a one-hour meeting, State Secretary Biščević explained Croatia’s position, pointing out that there can be no negotiations about Croatia’s national territory and sovereignty, and that in dealing with the border issues with Slovenia, Croatia is starting from the decisions by the Badinter Commission and provisions of the international law.
Hido Biščević informed the foreign correspondents about intensice activities of the Croatian diplomacy, pointing out that Croatia is always willing to discuss with the Slovenian side all open issues.
