State Secretary for Political Affairs at the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hido Biščević met today in Moscow with Russia’s Minister for Emergency Situations and Co-chairman of the Intergovernmental Russian-Croatian Commission for Economic Co-operation, Sergej Shoigu
State Secretary Biščević and Minister Shoigu discussed the issue of the modalities of the paying of the so-called clearing debt of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Croatia. It was agreed that during next week final negotiations be held in Moscow regarding the signing of the Protocol on the modalities of the paying of the clearing debt.
