Croatia's Permanent Representative to the UN and other international organisations in Geneva, ambassador Gordan Markotić, presented on 25 March 2003 his credentials to Sergej Ordzhonikidze, the Executive Director of UN's Office in Geneva, and Supachai Panitchpakdi, the Executive Director of the WTO.
Supachai said that when he visited Croatia earlier as Vice-President of the Thai Government, he was impressed with the economic reform carried out by the Croatian Government. Markotić invited Supachai to visit Croatia again before the end of his term.
