As scheduled, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Croatia, Albania and Macedonia are to meet with Mr. Colin Powell, the American Secretary of State, in Washington. After the meeting, the Foreign Ministers and the American Secretary of State shall solemnly sign the Charter.
In addition to the talks with Mr. Colin Powell, Mr.
Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, shall have other meetings
and talks as well. The visit will also be at Congress level and a meeting
of the three Foreign Ministers with representatives of the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee is organised.
