Minister Picula held an introductory lecture at the Diplomatic Academy...

Today, Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, held an introductory lecture for the attendants of two month diplomatic course (September - November 2003) at the Diplomatic Academy with the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In his lecture, Minister Picula talked of principal guidelines and main strategic directions of foreign policy and defined the international position of the Republic of Croatia in its efforts to join Euro-Atlantic integration, proactive regional policy and views towards the current foreign policy trends in the world.
