In South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania, Kenya and Ghana visa fees are payable directly to VFS Global in local currencies. Applicants submitting their applications through VFS Global in Nigeria (Abuja) will be informed by VFS’ staff how to correctly make a payment of visa fees. Additionally, VFS’ service (processing) fees apply in all locations. Certain payments (e.g. appeal fees) attract additional fees (up to 39,00 USD) for international banking transactions and are payable directly to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in South Africa.
Service fees are mandatory at all visa application centers. Visa application centers in Cape Town, Abuja, Dar es Salaam, Nairobi, Gaborone, Windhoek and Accra impose compulsory courier charges as all applications with supporting documents are flown to Pretoria.
Other value-added services (printing, photocopy, photography, courier assurance return, SMS, prime time) are chargeable but not mandatory. Full price lists are available at all visa application centers.
