Citizens of Kosovo can apply for visa by filling out the on-line visa application form at: https://crovisa.mvep.hr. Once filled out, the form is to be printed, signed by the applicant (or a parent or legal guardian on behalf of minors), and submitted with other required documents to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Pristina.
