Minister Reka met today the Croatian Ambassador, Danijela Barišic whose country Croatia holds EU presidency. The meeting was held in the spirit of cooperation and coordination on key priorities and Kosovo"s European perspective. Ambassador Barišic briefed Minister Reka on Croatia"s presidency priorities and preparations for the Zagreb Summit in May. On this occasion, Minister Reka emphasized the importance of joint coordination and requested support from Croatia as a friendly country of Kosovo, for the dynamism of the European Agenda, respectively for the finalization of visa liberalization for Kosovo, as a short-term priority, while in the long run Kosovo administration for EU candidate status application. Further on, the meeting reaffirmed the cooperation and discussed the development of the potential in bilateral relations between our two countries.
