The longest running international film festival in Indonesia, Europe On Screen (EOS) returns to the Indonesian audience featuring movies from 27 European countries from 18 - 30 April 2019.
This year, screenings of films took place in eight Indonesian cities: Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bekasi and Tangerang. The films include different genres, such as feature film, documentary and retrospective films. The Republic of Croatia was presented this year with film A brief excursion, directed by Igor Bezinovic, organized presentation by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta, EU Delegation Jakarta, Department of Cultural Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. Besides the Croatian film, the films from Germany, Great Britain, France, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands also were presented.
