From September 21 to 24, 2015, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, Ante Kotromanovic, paid an official visit to the Republic of Indonesia after an invitation by the Indonesian Minister of Defence. Minister Kotromanovic was accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, as well as by representatives of companies from the Croatian defence industry.
During his official visit to Indonesia, Mr. Kotromanovic held a number of meetings in order to support the further development of cooperation between Croatia and Indonesia. Both sides expressed interest for cooperation in the defence sector, as well as for further exploration of Croatian potentials in defence industry. The visit of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Croatia was a good basis for improving bilateral Croatian-Indonesian relations and fostering further cooperation between the two sides.
