Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Canberra participated at the largest multicultural festival in Australia "National Multicultural Festival". Festival was held from 16-18 February at the City Centre in Canberra. The Croatian informational booth was part of the EU Village, and the member states had the opportunity to present their culture, tourism and gastronomy. The Embassy ?presented Croatia as an attractive tourist destination and distributed a large number of tourist brochures and promotional materials (received by the Croatian Tourist Bord), and Croatian sweets purchased by local suppliers. Mrs. Rachel Stephen-Smith, Minister for Multicultural Affairs of ACT Government opened the EU Village and visited the Croatian display.
