On 4 June 2018, at the invitation of the Center for Study of European Politics and Society at the Ben Gurion University in Be"er Sheva, Tina Krce, Chargée d"Affaires a.i. of the Croatian Embassy, met 40 undergraduate students of iinternational relations and European studies, as a part of their compulsory study curriculum.
Chargée d"Affaires a.i. held an interesting interactive lecture on Croatia from the point of view of the EU Member State, elaborating on gaining the independence and the recognition of the Republic of Croatia, its Homeland War, Croatia’s EU membership path and enlargement policy in general, on the bilateral relations and cooperation between Croatia and Israel, EU-Israel relations and cooperation, as well as on the topical issues within the EU common foreign and security policy. After the presentation, she was answering many students’ questions.
Furthermore, on this occasion Chargée d"Affaires a.i. had a guided tour of the campus and met Prof. Sharon Pardo, Head of the Center for Study of European Politics and Society.
