2 May - Independence Day of the State of Israel
On 2 May 2017 in Jerusalem, at the residence of the President of the State of Israel, a reception for the diplomatic corps took place to mark the 69th anniversary of the Israel"s independence. The military attachés and the heads of religious communities in Israel were present too. The audience was addressed by the Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. A musical ensemble, which gathers Jews, Arabs, Christians and Druze, performed in the musical part. Tina Krce, chargée d"affaires a.i. at with the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia attended the reception.
