On 20th August 2015, Ambassador Hrvoje Marušic has presented his Letters of Credence to His Majesty Harald V, King of Norway, to whom he also forwarded the greetings from the President of the Republic of Croatia Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic.
During the audience, H.M. King Harald V expressed a great interest in Croatia as a member of the EU. H.M King Harald V and Ambassador Marušic also expressed their satisfaction with the very good relations between Croatia and Norway. They discussed the possibilities of enhancing the cooperation between the two countries, with special focus on the further development of economic relations as well as cooperation in the area of culture and higher education. H.M. King Harald V and Ambassador Marušic agreed that development aid represents an area with significant potential for cooperation considering the strong commitment of both Norway and Croatia to helping developing countries.
