Canadian-Croatians Appointed to Advisory Council of the Government of the Republic of Croatia The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Canada congratulates three Canadians of Croatian descent on their appointment to the inaugural Advisory Council of the Government of the Republic of Croatia for Croatians living outside the Republic of Croatia.

Canadian-Croatians Appointed to Advisory Council of the Government of the Republic of Croatia The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Canada congratulates three Canadians of Croatian descent on their appointment to the inaugural Advisory Council of the Government of the Republic of Croatia for Croatians living outside the Republic of Croatia. Mr. Zvonimir Anicic (Vancouver), Mr. Ivan Grbešic (Ontario) and Ms. Caroline Spivak (Ontario) are Canada’s representatives on the Advisory Council and will serve as liaisons for Canadian-Croatians and the Government of the Republic of Croatia for an initial four-year term. These esteemed Croatian Canadian community leaders join some 45 representatives drawn from countries around the world in which Croatians live. The Council is an advisory body of the Government of the Republic of Croatia which will assist the Government in creating and implementing policies and programs relating to Croatians residing outside the Republic of Croatia.
