As part of this year’s edition of the EU Film Days, Croatian film Life is a Trumpet will be screened in four Japanese cities: Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Fukuoka. The 17th annual European film festival organized by the Delegation of the European Union and EU Member states will feature films from 22 EU member states.
Life is a Trumpet, directed by Antonio Nuic, is a comedy/drama with a deeply relatable story taking place around two big family gatherings, a wedding and Christmas Eve. The screenings of the Croatian film are scheduled as follows:

Croatian participation in the EU Film Days 2019 is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Tokyo with support from the Croatian Audio-visual Centre. Life is a Trumpet will be screened with original soundtrack in Croatian and with Japanese subtitles which have been provided by the Tokamachi City.
