Dražen Margeta called on June 2nd 2008 to the Minister for International Cooperation of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Chairperson of the National Committee for the Supervision of Mine Clearance and Development of the North-West Coast, H.E. Ms. Fayza Abul Naga.
Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Arab Republic of Egypt, H.E. Dražen Margeta called on June 2nd 2008 to the Minister for International Cooperation of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Chairperson of the National Committee for the Supervision of Mine Clearance and Development of the North-West Coast, H.E. Ms. Fayza Abul Naga.
Ambassador Margeta informed Minister Abul Naga of political and economic processes in the Republic of Croatia, with special focus on achievements in the field of the mine clearance. Ambassador Margeta pointed out that there are numerous possibilities for cooperation between the two countries in the mine clearance area, handing over to the Minister the draft proposal of Agreement on Mine-action Cooperation.
The Minister Abul Naga informed the Ambassador of achievements in implementation of the National Plan for the mine clearance and development of the west part of Egyptian Mediterranean coast. The Minister expressed appreciation of Croatian suggestions for possible cooperation in the mine clearence as well as hope that the two countries will find mutual interest in cooperation in the mine clearance.
