Defence Minister Davor Bozinovic met today, Wednesday, 2 February 2011, in Washington, Justin Webb, a representative of TNT company, which this year in March will organize a Defence Industry Fair in Split.
"This is an excellent opportunity for Croatian companies to establish better contacts in the military industry and realize the possibilities of new export business", Bozinovic said. During the talks, both sides particularly expressed satisfaction for leading companies in the production of military equipment and weapons from Europe and the USA in interest for military equipment fair in Split.
On behalf of the organizer, Justin Webb expressed satisfaction with cooperation with the Ministry of Defence and stressed that the preparation of the defence industry fair run excellently. Till now more than 50 foreign and 20 Croatian companies confirmed its presence on the fair.
Split Spaladium Arena and Croatia in general is excellent destination for the organization of this international business conference, which will be, as announced by the organizers, the most important in the region with the hope that it will become a tradition.
