Ambassador Dr Ivan Grdešic and Peter Sanfey, Deputy Director of Country Strategy and Policy within the Office of the Chief Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development held a very insightful and lively discussion on Croatia"s economic, social and political achievements, challenges and prospects. Special recommendation regarding business climate improvement, structural and labour market reforms were given. Stable political situations, signs of economic improvement especially in exports and good EU funds management were confirmed. The public showed special interest in future economic recovery steps to be taken.
