Meeting with the Chairman of the Joint Committee on European Union Affairs of the Irish Parliament

Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Ireland Mr. Ivan Mašina met with the Chairman of the Joint Committee on European Union Affairs of the Irish Parliament Mr. Michael Healy-Rae TD. The two officials underlined good bilateral relations between Croatia and Ireland, agreeing they should be further intensified, notably in the area of parliamentary cooperation. Other topics included cooperation within the EU and the title of European Capital of Culture in 2020, an honour the Croatian city of Rijeka will share with the Irish city of Galway.
