On 30 May 2018 in Strasbourg, a meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers was held, chaired for the first time by Croatia’s permanent representative, Ambassador Miroslav Papa, as part of Croatia’s CoE chairmanship taken over from Denmark on 18 May 2018.
On that occasion, co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Ministry of Culture and Zagreb’s Museum of Ethnography, an exhibition on Croatian intangible cultural heritage was presented at the Council of Europe. The exhibition was opened by Culture Minister Nina Obuljen Koržinek and CoE Secretary-General Thorbjorn Jagland. The ceremony also featured a performance by Croatian musicians Bow vs. Plectrum (Tihomir Hojsak and Filip Novosel).
