The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia welcomes the decision by the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania to ratify the Protocol on NATO Enlargement to the Republic of Croatia.
The Lithuanian Parliament is fourth among the 26 NATO members to ratify the Protocol, following the parliaments of Hungary, Latvia, and the United States.
The Ministry considers today's ratification of the Protocol by the Lithuanian Parliament a further incentive for Croatia on its way towards NATO, as well as another confirmation of Croatia's contribution to the security of the Euro-Atlantic space.
