The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia hosted a reception on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Croatia at the Rixos Grand Ankara Hotel on 31 May 2016.
The event was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Mario Zadro, Chargé d"Affaires a.i., with the presence of His Excellency Ismet Yilmaz, Minister of National Education of the Republic of Turkey, as the guest of honour.
The Statehood Day of the Republic of Croatia is celebrated every year on June 25 to mark the 1991 proclamation of the Constitutional Decision on Sovereignty and Independence of the Republic of Croatia.
