Monday – Thursday from 11:00 to 14:00 by appointment only. Please send a request for appointment to conlon@mvep.hr including the type of a request and your contact details..
Friday: 10:00 – 12:00 Collection only. On Fridays we do not accept applications.
Closed on Croatian and UK Public Holidays.

EMERGENCIES
During out-of-office hours Embassy assistance is available only in cases of emergency for Croatian citizens such as: theft of Croatian documents, traffic or other accidents, death, natural disaster, etc., on +44 (0)776691 2458. For all other inquiries and requests, please contact the Embassy during regular office hours.
The Embassy is not able to provide consular assistance to foreign nationals in an emergency. Foreign nationals are advised to contact the embassy and authorities of their country of citizenship.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All applications and requests for consular assistance (applications for citizenship, passports, travel documents, birth and other certificates, notary services, visa applications, and other requests for consular assistance) are to be submitted in person. The Embassy does not issue driving licences and identification cards - these documents are issued by the Police Authority according to the place of residence / registered address in the Republic of Croatia.
If you are a victim of a fraud, theft or any other crime, please contact the local police authority.
The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents while conducting legally obligatory proceedings related to each request filed.

When sending a letter or email, please include all relevant contact details (name, address / email address and telephone number) in order to enable us to effectively respond.
 
FEES
At the Embassy premises, cash payment is not accepted, and consular fees can only be paid by card (Visa, Maestro and MasterCard). Cash payment may be made only at the branch of Barclays Bank nearby according to the instructions of the Consular Section officials.

LEGAL ASSISTANCE
For Croatian nationals, legal assistance and representation at UK institutions can only be provided by an authorised lawyer/solicitor; alternatively, one can represent himself/herself independently. The Embassy is not legally authorised to represent Croatian citizens in proceedings before the state authorities in the UK.
