The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Ottawa organized the decorating of the Christmas tree for the children of the Croatian Language School in Ottawa.
The children from the Croatian language school, Their parents, and Embassy staff including their families participated in the Christmas tree decorating. President of the Croatian school board Mr. Ivan Basar, teacher Mrs. Sandra Kusevic and Father Adam Tabak from the Croatian Catholic Parish St. Leopold Mandic, where also present at this event.
Children decorated the traditional Christmas tree as they sang Christmas songs in the Croatian language. The guests were offered a light meal and refreshment.
Ambassador Vesela Mrden Korac presented to all of the children small gifts of Croatian chocolates, wishing them Merry Christmas.
