Croatian Writers Herceg and Pogačar, 2011

From November 22-25, 2011, two Croatian poets, Ivan Herceg and Marko Pogačar participated at the First International Poetry Festival, organized by the Beijing Normal Capital University. The Embassy of Croatia in Beijing organized the performance of Ivan Herceg and Marko Pogačar poetry on November, 23 at the Cathedra for Croatian Language at the Beijing Foreign Studies University.

The Croatian poets were invited by the University’s Chinese Research Poetry Institute. Their visit was co-sponsored and co-organized by the Croatian Writers Society and Chinese-American poet, Mrs. Mindy Zhang.
