On 20 November 2018, a "Forum on EU Policies and Possibilities of Territorial Co-operation in the EU" was held in Tirana. It was focused on Technology, Innovation and Youth in the Adriatic-Ionian Area. Ambassador Bujas-Juraga held a speech at the opening of the Forum.
